Comfort Cap

Comfort Solutions now offers a Comfort Cap designed especially for orthodontic mini-screws. Manufactured from mouthguard material, the caps are sized to fit the LOMAS mini-screws(適用於LOMAS) available from Mondeal and Raintree Essix, and are compatible with many other similarly shaped miniscrew head designs. Comfort Solutions’ various protective coverings help prevent and provide relief from intraoral ulcers, according to the company.

常在門診當中,看到很多案例在剛打完骨釘後,牙肉就會馬上包過來,蓋住骨釘,往往想要用東西企圖去把這種情形緩解,可是就是美中不足,我的經驗是用O-RING去套住它,這樣或多或少可以把牙肉擋住一部份,讓它不要蓋過來

另一方面,可以減輕骨釘對唇部或是頰部黏膜的刺激,,,,但就是沒有如上圖示那樣的簡單有效,,,

我也一再請廠家幫我進這一個好東西,可是到現在為止尚未得到答案,在此,特再PO一次,看看廠家會不會激起腦力回想,趕快行動,好造福廣大被植入骨釘的病患們!!!
