如圖,使用niti coil spring來做關縫,每個月可以有1.20 mm的收縫距離,但它也會有一些副作用出現
如支抗(anchorage)喪失(reduced torque control),upper incisors too upright(unesthetic appearance),functional interferences, molar rolling
使用modules來關縫,每個月可以有0.76 mm的距離
以上兩種的施力,比起用骨釘來做支抗拉動,自然使用骨釘會較好且不必擔心支抗喪失的情形
