上門牙後方的是incisal
foramen(門齒後孔)裡頭有支配門齒區的神經通過,這裡是一麻醉點,上左右的第二大臼齒顎側為greator palatine
foramen(大顎神經孔)也是有神經通過,也是一麻醉點,在植入骨釘時要小心避開,中間顎上方藍色區域是安全區,骨頭較厚,在做上顎磨牙壓入的時候,可以植入lomas的quattro type,以方絲做左右桿,來拉橡皮鏈牽引
正面觀
左側面觀,微植體在口內位置,以拉簧來拉(上顎),下顎往前的為lever
arm,後面拉簧作用在壓低大臼齒
右側面觀
上顎觀,為橫顎桿,作用為支撐磨牙距離與增加支抗作用,在後退前牙段牙齒可以起到支撐作用
下顎觀,內側為舌弓,也是和上顎一樣的作用
