With approximately 100 finished cases and twice as many still in treatment using titanium microscrews as orthodontic anchorage, Hyo-Sang must be one of the world's most experienced operators in this technique. Apart from about 20 papers on clinical orthodontics and other research, the first papers by Dr Park on titanium microscrew implants were published in 1999, followed by over 30 papers. Hyo-Sang has serveral patents for anchorage devices and has written a text book on the subject. He has been the keynote speaker at 9 international meetings, has given over 20 lectures to universities and research institutes and has run 26 one or two day training programme throughout the world. When in Korea, he is the Associate Professor, Department of Orthodontics, Kyungpook National University, Taegu, and he claims he actually has spare time which he enjoys with his wife and two teenage children. In between all this he has achieved a golf handicap of 15!
