●serail extraction indications(序列性拔牙的適應症)

1)severe crowding(嚴重擁擠) >10mm usually  requires extraction(大於10mm以上需要拔牙)  if in doubt, don't!(若是有懷疑,不要拔)

2)good facial pattern(好的顏面外形)~not skeletal CL  II   or CL III(不是骨性的二類或三類錯咬)

3)fixed appliance treatment avalliable in phase  2  treatment( 適用在第二期治療的固定矯正器)

●typical serial extraction result(典型的序列性拔牙的結果)

1)space not closed(間隙未能關上)

2)deep bite(產生深咬合)

3)teeth alignment no good(牙齒的排列不好)

●serial extraction advantages(序列性拔牙的好處)

1)better tissue health(較好的健康組織)

2)better stability(?)(較穩定~這是存疑的)

3)shorter phase 2 treatment time(縮短第二期治療的時間)

●seraial extraction disadvantages( 序列性拔牙的壞處)

1)possibility of error(可能產生誤判)

2)longer total treatment time(產生更長的治療時間)
