anchorage preparation(支抗預備)
1.compensating curve at the upper anterior segment(在前牙區做補償曲線,目的是在打開咬合,讓咬合變淺)
2.serial ligation of anterior teeth as a whole(前牙區連續結扎當支抗)
3.reverse curve with hooks at lower arch(在下顎弓以搖椅弓的形態線上鉗夾游離鉤)
force mechanism(力的機制)
1.IME provided an upward force to prevent molar from tipping and a forward force for molar mesial drive(顎間橡皮筋,提供大臼齒做tipping時有一個向上的力量,與大臼齒向前的力量)
2.closed coil spring (100g) exerted a continuous light force on the 3rd molar(利用閉隙彈簧來提供一個持續輕力,來拉第三大臼齒往前)
3.elastic chain on the 2nd molar was used to mesially move the posterior teeth and to close the edentulous space at the same time(放在第二大臼齒上的橡皮鏈,來導引後牙向前移動來關閉缺牙區的間隙)
