高拉式J型鉤(high pull J hook),靠近顴骨處的保護墊有時戴久了會發熱,請以化粧棉或較好的衛生紙墊到,可以減輕熱感,口角處可以抹護唇膏或凡士林,以免嘴唇裂傷

裝戴矯正頭套注意事項：
1、矯正頭套均已按您的情況作好調整，請勿隨便更動，並依醫師指示使用。
2、頭套一般每天需戴12到14小時/天，或依醫師指示戴用。
3、剛開始戴頭套時，可能會覺得牙齒有受壓、鬆動的感覺，甚至晚上睡不好，但3-5天後，便可適應。
4、開始戴頭套之後，一定要堅持每天照醫師指示配戴，不能偷懶，否則治療進度會變慢，效果會變差， 因為只要有一天沒戴，就要再多戴好幾個晚上，才能回到原來的進度。
5、當你不戴它時，要用溫水和肥皂把它清洗乾淨，如果遺失或變形，要馬上通知醫師。
6、當你在玩耍或運動時，請不要戴著頭套，因為你的頭套，可能會被其他玩伴拉扯或撞到，使你受傷害。
7、取下頭套請小心，否則可能會傷害到你的嘴巴、臉甚至眼睛。
8、假如齒環鬆脫了，請回診處理，當然也要帶著鬆脫的齒環和頭套等裝置來，千萬不可以自己調整。
9、每次門診時請記得帶著頭套一起來。
10、頭套的配件如有損壞或遺失，須另負擔材料費用,請留意!

Your part in headgear wear...
- The headgear is to be worn for 12 to 14 consecutive hours, unless Dr. YANG instructs you otherwise. Most kids put it in after dinner mornand wear it until they wake up the next morning. They only take it out to brush their teeth before bed.
- Some temporary discomfort may be experienced during the first night or two. Molar teeth may become tender and even a little loose. Falling asleep may be difficult at first.
- Once you start headgear treatment, you must keep it up continuously. Wear the headgear every night. The only nights you should miss are when you sleep at a friend’s house. Remember-the headgear will only work if you wear it!!!
- Please do not wear your headgear during rough play or sports, as it can result in injury.
- Protect the bow when not in use by keeping it, with the neck strap, in a safe place. If the bow is lost or distorted, call us immediately. If a band that is cemented to a tooth becomes loose, call for an emergency appointment. Bring the band and all other material with you.
- Bring your headgear to each appointment so we can check the appliance and make any necessary adjustments. Be sure to call our office immediately if you headgear is lost or broken.
